We are here to help you make the perfect choice and are pleased to accommodate refunds and exchanges.
REFUND POLICY
Once an order is submitted, it may NOT be cancelled or refunded for any reason.
Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product and therefore all sales are FINAL.
However, if there has been an error on the part of LUXEKOUR, arrived defective in any way, within reason, we are more than happy to provide a refund within SEVEN (7) DAYS of the date the order was delivered. In order to be considered for a refund, you must contact us first to initiate the return. Items must be mailed back within SEVEN DAYS after receiving.
We will provide a refund or exchange on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products or extensions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Outside of this, all sales are final, and there are no refunds.
SALE AND PROMOTION TERMS
All items purchased on sale are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged. Sales and other promotional discounts or offerings cannot be combined. You cannot use multiple discounts at one time.
All promotional offers are for one-time use only. Code is may not be valid on Sale, New Arrivals, Holiday specials, or e-Gift cards. Shipping & handling, taxes, any international fees, and purchase of e-gift cards do not qualify towards the minimum purchase.
Promotional offers are not redeemable for cash, credit, e-gift cards nor are they valid toward previous purchases. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible use of this offer and to modify or cancel this offer due to system error or unforeseen problems. Subject to change without notice.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
